Meet Your Coaches: Josie + Carissa

Hi—we’re the duo (a.k.a. Operational Mavens) behind TREOI.
Between the two of us, we’ve spent more than two decades in the trenches of operations, management, team building, and business growth.

We’ve held roles from transaction coordination to Director of Operations to marketing strategist and everything in-between. We’ve launched teams from scratch. Scaled others. Cleaned up more chaotic processes than we can count.

We’ve worked behind the scenes and supporting top-producing teams across the country—and more importantly, we still do.

Because we don’t just teach systems.
We run them. We test them. We refine them in real time.
(While also running our own separate businesses and families at the same time.)

We may live in different states—Josie in Connecticut, Carissa in Georgia—but our shared mission has reached operations pros all across the country.

And while most of our trainings are taught virtually, we’d love to bring our energy and systems expertise to more in-person events, workshops, and team trainings too.
