Our paths crossed thanks to David Patterson of DP3 Consulting. Carissa assumed the role of Operations Coach for the Valerie King Team admin Hub, forming a close relationship with Josie in the process.
Each of us runs our own coaching and consulting firms – Carissa operates CRM Consulting and Josie operates A Leveraged Life. As we delved into our work, we couldn't help but notice a significant gap in accessible operations training, not just within our respective brokerages but throughout the entire real estate industry.
Determined to bridge this gap, we joined forces to launch The Real Estate Operations Institute!
