Carissa Mason
Carissa is the owner of CRM Consulting LLC and licensed Realtor/ Broker in Georgia. Her previous role as a Director of Operations afforded her the opportunity to discover her love for building and collaborating. With close to 20 years experience in Administration, Operations, and Leadership she believes team building and relationships are paramount in an organizationās success. She has assisted in expanding teams, launching businesses and implementing systems that in turn provided leverage. She believes success happens at the foundational level. In her free time she loves to travel, bake and spend time with her family. She prides herself on integrity, honesty and always doing what's right.
Josie Ambroise
In addition to running her company called A Leveraged Life, Josie is the Director of Operations & Marketing for a top-ranking real estate team in Connecticut. She specializes in helping other Realtors and Small Business Owners identify their pain points to figure out where they can maximize leverage opportunities. Her superpowers lie in creating systems to simplify and streamline different business models. When sheās not working (insert laugh here lol), sheās usually hanging out with family and friends or relaxing to a good show on Netflix. Ultimately, sheās passionate about helping others and is always looking for ways to provide value.
